In the event of a cloth parcel being lost, compensation equal to 50% of its value will be provided. For a full 100% claim, a fee of 0.2% of the goods' value is required at the time of booking. In case of a lost bangles parcel, reimbursement will be 65% of its booking value. No claims will be honored if 10 to 15 boxes within the parcel are damaged. It is advised to always insure bangles parcels to ensure compensation in case of breakage; otherwise, no claims will be entertained. Responsibility for damage to oversized parcels lies with the receiving party. Goods can be insured by paying a fee of 0.2% of their value; however, oversized parcels are ineligible for insurance coverage. Claims for goods destroyed in a warehouse fire or vehicle accident will only be honored if the goods are insured; otherwise, no compensation will be provided.
